Stress can have a massive effect on weight gain and stressing about losing weight makes matters even worse.

1. chew your food,
Just check the next time your eating if you chew your food at all? Slow down enjoy the taste, the texture chewing slowing and digesting your food properly. Try putting your knife & fork down between every mouthful
2. Seat down and eat,
you will find your be more satisfied after your meal and won’t be tempted to grab something else after you have ate.
3. drink water,
How many times have you got to the end of the day, to realise you have not had one sip of water. It’s easy to get a cup coffee/tea instead try drinking a bottle or glass of water.
Yes more trips to the toilet but helps you get more motivated🚶🚶♀️
4. keep motivated,
Find ways to get moving maybe a short walk on your lunch break
A few squats if you can not leave the house/work place.
Check how many steps you actually do during the day and push your self to do more the next day.
You might surprise yourself
5. bed,
We need 7-9 hours sleep to be at your optimal health.
Sleep helps with everything weight loss, anxiety, the way you feel, sex drive and much more.
Turn your phone off and enjoy your beauty sleep
Try one thing at a time then add in another one. Today your do better than yesterday and tomorrow your do better than today.
