•Make someone laugh


•Making others feel happy 😊


Today a very good friend was kind to me, they delivered my family a yummy homemade pineapple cake.

when someone does something like this, it makes you feel happy, warm and the feeling that you want to be kind to someone.



With everything going on in our world at the moment, I think it has taught us to be more kinder.

Look out for neighbours who don’t have any family or friends close. If your friend lives on there on? check in on them make sure they are alright remembering to keep your distance.

Do something nice for someone and be kind to yourself.
